Some maniac went on a shopping bender with my card on Saturday. Wait, no, that maniac was me. NEW TOOLS FROM EASTWOOD TIME
I also made a big haul of windlace and channel and things from Restoration Specialties and got an RPG book from Palladium, just ‘cuz.

I am quite glad that my one credit card has a $800 limit. Keeps my ideas from getting out of hand.

You put this up to rub it in didn’t you!?
Because up till last week, a national chain had a twin 20watts LED tripod lamps reduced from £60 to just £22. I ummed and arghed too long thinking I wouldn’t actually need or use them. Then two days after the promotion finished I had to detail a car over a truck inspection Pitt as it was the only place where I was that had the most light to work in (it had very little light indeed).

I already have an english wheel, and a forming hammer, and a bead roller (though I need more dies), and a brake, and an assortment of body hammers and body files and things.
This was a panel flanger, a sandblasting tool, more chemicals for body solder, a torch tip, and... something else I can’t recall.

I rather ought to get some more work lights. The ones we’ve got are a bit naff. Probably get halogen, though - not sure how good the LED ones are for judging paint tones and they’d pull double duty in the paint booth.

I have one credit card with a very reasonable rate that has a limit of like $10k. I like to think that I’m prepared for one HELL of an emergency. This was via my bank card and funds in my account, so clearly I’m being responsible. Or not.

Sweet! I really admire the craft of metal work.
I have a bread maker and a carpenters hammer. I don’t do body work, but I can make French bread and frame a 2x4 wall!

I almost pulled the trigger on an Eastwood mig welder a while back. Now that I’ve got my garage, I’m almost tempted to get a 200 amp tig instead.
